Refund Policy
General Policy on Fees
All monthly service fees paid to LearnerLead for SEO, GMB optimization, content marketing, and related digital services are strictly non-refundable once the service period has commenced. Our pricing covers the labor and expertise involved in strategy development, content creation, and platform management, which are executed immediately upon payment receipt. We require upfront payment to secure resources and guarantee the continuous, proactive implementation of your lead generation strategy. Consequently, refunds are not provided for work already initiated or completed within the current billing cycle. This policy is standard practice within the performance-based digital marketing industry.
Service Cancellation and Termination
Clients may cancel their recurring monthly services at any time by providing LearnerLead with a written notice of termination, effective thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. You will not be billed for any subsequent months after the 30-day notice period concludes. However, the client remains responsible for the full payment of the final month's service fee covering the notice period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused days in the service period during which the cancellation notice was given. Setup fees, initial audit fees, and one-time project costs are final and entirely non-refundable under all circumstances, reflecting the initial labor investment.
Exceptions for Service Non-Delivery
The only exception to our non-refundable policy is if LearnerLead fails entirely to deliver the committed service for a full billing cycle. In such a highly unlikely event, the client will be eligible for a full refund of the fee paid for that specific, non-delivered cycle. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted with documented proof to our customer service email within 14 days of the billing date. Any claims based on dissatisfaction with ranking results, traffic volume, or enrollment rates do not qualify for a refund, as these outcomes are contingent on external search engine factors and are subject to the Disclaimer.
