Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging LearnerLead for SEO, GMB optimization, content creation, or any related services, the client (driving school or instructor) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between the client and LearnerLead. Continued use of our services implies full acceptance of all outlined conditions and obligations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically, and clients will be notified of significant changes.

Service Scope and Client Obligations

LearnerLead agrees to provide the SEO and marketing services as detailed in the agreed-upon service package (e.g., Local SEO Starter, Dominator Package). The client is responsible for providing all necessary access, including website credentials and Google My Business manager access, to enable the delivery of services. All fees for the services rendered are non-refundable, as detailed in the separate Refund Policy. The client acknowledges that SEO results, such as ranking improvements and student enrollments, are subject to search engine algorithms and cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, the client warrants that all content and claims provided to LearnerLead comply withese traffic laws and advertising standards.

Payment, Fees, and Termination

All services are billed monthly inese Yen (¥), payable in advance of the service period. Failure to remit payment within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of service delivery, including content posting and SEO monitoring. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, the client will be billed for services completed up to the termination date. LearnerLead is not responsible for any drop in search rankings or traffic that occurs after the cessation of services. Disputes related to payments or service scope must be submitted to us in writing within seven days of the occurrence.

Intellectual Property and Liability

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of all content (blog posts, GMB text) created specifically for them by LearnerLead. LearnerLead retains the intellectual property rights to its proprietary SEO methodologies and technical processes. Our liability for any damages or losses arising from the provision of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
